SHIPPING POLICY
The J.Beale Art Studio is committed to ensuring that your artwork arrives safely and securely. Please read the following shipping policy for details on how we manage deliveries. References to “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser of goods from J.Beale Art Studio. References to “we” and “us” refer to J. Beale Art Studio, the provider of those goods.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing our artwork, please contact us directly at jbealeartstudio@gmail.com to discuss international shipping options.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be additional to the price of the artwork calculated at standard rates and shown at checkout. If you require express delivery or any other special shipping service, additional fees may apply.
Handling Time
All original paintings and art prints are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transit.
Please allow 14 days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Method
We use Royal Mail as our primary courier service.
For smaller pieces, Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used, ensuring delivery and insurance coverage.
Larger artworks may be shipped via Royal Mail Parcel services, with tracking and signature required upon delivery.
The choice of courier is at the discretion of J.Beale Art Studio and will be specified in the confirmation email.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the courier.
Packaging
Each artwork is wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
We take great care in packaging our artworks, but should you receive a damaged item, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
You can track your package directly through the Royal Mail website or app.
If a courier other than Royal Mail is used, tracking details for that courier will be included in the confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
If your artwork does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at jbealeartstudio@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating your package.
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please report it to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Royal Mail or another courier, as decided by J. Beale Art Studio, to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
